Small: the power of thinness and passing through the edge of the visible, and making that space possible wherever it passes. Accordingly, it is both a relative term (small in terms of a broad or wide setting) and an absolute one (small is not the power of big but is consistent with itself wherever it appears.) In relativistic terms, small has the power to cede power to bigness, while maintaining the power within bigness to reaffirm the power of small.
