The energy of throwing a visual protective cover around oneself through the eye and remaining energized, alive or wakeful to anything transpiring in it. For this protective cloak to be successful, one must freeze all other energies trying to draw one away until one becomes as concentrated as the eye itself. The span of time before a peril enters the protective space and one leaves, the space created by watching, is called a watch. It is not what one looks at but what one looks with and within.
