Leash: the energy of holding loosely, as opposed to being taut (or tight). The energy manifests itself as well in lace, which is an open weave along or between a cord, often pictorial, and often in repeated cells. Like a leash, lace is not taut. This is an energy that projects openness but guards it for just the right moment.
